# Prerequisites

In order to create a new Competency here what you need:

* A Creator account in the Dorg University
* Experience on:
  * MCP
  * Docker
  * LLMs at least at a high level understanding

A Creator can develop the MCP server by himself, or use or adapt an existing MCP found for free or purchased on the internet.

At least, the MCP must be dockerized to be published into the Marketplace.\
If you can't find an already dockerized version of your MCP, you can easily create it following this [section](/create-competency/develop-a-competency/mcp-server/dockerizing-the-mcp.md).
