Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.dorg.pro/release-history.md). # Release History ## **Dorg v3.4 (July 2026)** What's new in this Dorg release: * **Support of Microsoft Teams groups** * Dorg can now participate in Teams group chats, responding when explicitly addressed with an @mention. * Conversation memory is kept separate for each group. * In multi-user conversations, Dorg only uses tools available to all identified participants, protecting each user’s permissions. * **WhatsApp Business integration** * Dorg can now receive and reply to WhatsApp Business messages. * Voice messages are automatically transcribed before being processed. * Images, videos, and documents can be received, while supported document formats can be processed and indexed. * WhatsApp credentials and channel status are managed from the Admin Console without restarting Dorg. * **Teams meeting transcripts** * Dorg can retrieve the native transcript of a Teams meeting after it ends, preserving speaker names. * Transcripts are converted to Markdown and archived in OneDrive. * Participants can be notified in the meeting chat when transcription is enabled. * The feature uses Microsoft Teams native transcription and does not require Dorg to join or process meeting audio directly. * **More capable file processing** * The new Files v2 engine can handle complex, multi-step file operations and resume interrupted work from a saved snapshot. * Dorg asks for clarification when the requested format or expected result is ambiguous. * Excel support now includes free-form and mixed-layout worksheets, merged cells, formulas, and chart metadata. * PowerPoint files can be read structurally, including slide text, layouts, shapes, and speaker notes, with OCR fallback for image-only slides. * Company templates can be used to produce consistent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents. * **Knowledge of Dorg’s Daily Activities** * Dorg can now provide the HOS with a **summary of daily activities** and offer additional details about specific activities upon request. * **Dorg Society Compliance** * Dorg can now assess daily activities against the **Dorg Society Code of Conduct** and share aggregated, pseudonymized compliance data. Conversation content remains within the customer’s environment, while flagged activities can be investigated locally by authorized operators. * **Admin Console and configuration** * HOS and Admin users can now configure Dorg’s **default language** and **timezone**. * Dorg **working hours** (daily start and stop schedules) can be managed directly from the Console. * **Procedures** can now be edited and deleted, and SQL views are visible on the Database page. * **Behavior** dialogs now show creation and modification audit information. * Navigation, authentication flows, status feedback, and long user-detail pages have been improved. * **Reliability, security, and communication** * Tool permissions are now consistently intersected across Teams groups and multi-recipient email conversations. * Emails sent by Dorg on someone’s behalf include clear requester attribution. * Conversation and email-thread history is persisted more reliably. * Attachment handling, scheduled procedures, SIP calls, behavior configuration, and tool execution have received additional stability fixes. ## **Dorg v3.3 (June 2026)** What's new in this Dorg release: * **Phone calls** * Dorg can now have its own phone number and answer incoming voice calls, in addition to Teams and Email. * Voice calls run through a new SIP voice gateway, set up and managed from the Admin Console — phone number, caller-number handling, and status feedback. * Call usage (minutes) is tracked and shown in the Admin Console. * **Competency management and configuration** * Installed competencies can now be updated to newer versions directly from the Admin Console and the Dorg Portal, showing both the installed version and the latest available one. * Each competency can declare its own settings — such as API keys, endpoints, and flags — which the operator configures from the Console; secrets are stored securely and the competency is redeployed automatically when saved. * Updating or removing a competency now cleans up its leftover tool and group permissions automatically, and competencies that are not operational are hidden in the Console. * **Admin Console, observability, and logging** * New Procedures page to browse and inspect scheduled and automated procedures. * Quick links to the Dorg Portal and Grafana dashboards directly from the Console. * Clearer token-consumption metrics on the home page, including corrected token counting for Anthropic models. * A per-group behavior viewer, downloadable execution logs, and archive (RAG) topic-management improvements. * Centralized log management has been added with a dedicated Grafana logs dashboard, alongside the existing metrics, plus new orchestrator metrics and telemetry events for a clearer view of usage and performance. * **Faster responses and more natural conversation** * Faster replies in conversations, thanks to MCP tool-list caching, background refresh, and a streamlined authorization path. * Execution logs now include end-of-turn and session-digest tracing with a debug view, making it easier to see exactly what Dorg did in each turn. * Dorg now speaks consistently in the first person for a more natural, colleague-like tone, and runs on the upgraded Claude Sonnet 4.6 model. * **Stability and bug fixes** * Reliability fixes across messaging, files, identity, and groups — including more reliable message delivery, OneDrive upload/move and shared-folder permission handling, Teams attachment handling, sending email from Teams chat, importing Entra ID users into Keycloak with a proper federated link, and consistent resolution of group behavior conflicts. ## Dorg v3.2 (May 2026) What’s new in this Dorg release: * **File creation capability** * Dorg can now generate Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint files. * Dorg can share links to files stored in its OneDrive, automatically managing sharing and access permissions. * Dorg can edit existing OneDrive files by creating a new file based on the original, preserving the source document. * Dorg can create files using both user-provided information and content available in the Dorg RAG knowledge base. * Excel and CSV attachments are handled more reliably through dedicated tabular-file processing. * **Email interaction with External users** * Dorg can now allow to actually populate External user group with users with external email address and not belonging to company Entra ID, enabling customer-support workflows beyond internal users. * Email attachments are handled more reliably, including documents, spreadsheets, and audio files. * Some sensitive operations can now be routed through human approval when confirmation is required. * **Voice and audio improvements** * Dorg can now transcribe audio attachments and voice messages from Teams and Email. * Audio usage is tracked for reporting and quota management. * **New Admin Console features** * The Admin Console now includes a **User Activity dashboard** with usage insights across Teams, Email, Calls, iterations, and audio usage. * The Admin Console now includes a live **Dorg Status indicator** showing system health, competency connection status, LLM quota issues, and user-token problems. * New **Database** monitoring page: you can inspect database collections and basic database metadata directly from the Admin Console. * New **Archive** monitoring page: you can monitor the files stored in the archive (RAG) of the Dorg. * **Group quota** settings can now be configured and monitored from the Admin Console. * Users and Groups management, navigation, localization, and general Admin Console usability have been improved. * **Reliability, security, and operations** * Usage quotas and usage tracking have been added at group level. * OneDrive and Microsoft Graph permission handling has been improved. * Entra ID to Keycloak synchronization and automatic user provisioning have been added. * Orchestrator memory management, session summaries, execution logs, and operational diagnostics have been improved. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
